Group Rules from the Admins

1. Be kind and courteous.
   We’re all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Let’s treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required.
   
   
2. No excuses. No victims. No opinions.
   If you want to be in Basil Zaff’s forum, follow the top 3 always.
   
   
3. NO HATE SPEECH OR BULLYING! PERIOD.
   Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn’t allowed. Degrading comments about things such as race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will lead to an immediate ban.
   
   
4. Keep training on our calls PRIVATE to this group.
   If you post our private training materials (that includes homework, other member’s posts, class recordings, etc.), you will be BANNED from ALL of Basil Zaff‘s programs.
   
   
5. NO promotions, spam, or external links.
   Give more to this group than you take. Self-promotion, spam and irrelevant links aren’t allowed (incl.PMs). We do allow Basil Zaff owned public material, and profile LinkedIn urls.
   
   
6. Video posts under 5 minutes.
   Remember to keep your videos you post in this group under 5 minutes. Concise effective communication is a key skill.
   
   
7. No job postings.
   Do not post job Opportunities, or details of your personal business or services into this group.
   
   
8. Respect everyone’s privacy.
   Being part of this group requires mutual trust. What people share may also be sensitive and private. This also includes all staff members and Basil Zaff. What’s shared here should stay in the group.
   
   
9. We have a 3 STRIKE rule.
   The first strike that goes against our rules is a warning, the second is your final warning, and the 3rd is an official BAN from all Basil Zaff platforms. However, we reserve the right to ban immediately.
